Dear Celebrities, What Does Your REAL Hair Look Like?

The guys in my office just don't understand women, and todays conversation about hair only further proves it!

Now let me first start by saying hair for women can be a very tough subject, and by no means do we pass judgement on individuals for their personal hair choices.

Today, a co-worker asked me, 'Are there any black women with real hair?' I mean seriously what do I say to that? Then I remember that men aren't that bright, and seeing one black woman on TV serves as a representation of all BLACK women around the world.

So I further probed the minds of the men of GlobalGrind and found that they believe in true beauty aka 'BODIES.' One even went so far to say they don't even need hair, they barely look at a girl above her neck.

So we sat down and compiled an office list of the hottest women in the game, and on behalf of the amazing men in my office, Im asking for them 'What does your REAL hair look like?'
