Miley Cyrus Is Growing Up And Parents Are Mad (PHOTOS)

Miley Cyrus has come under fire for her new video 'Who Owns My Heart.' Many parents are none too happy that 17-year-old Cyrus dons skimpy clothes and parties all night in the video. 

President of the Parents Television Council Tim Winter said, 'It is unfortunate that she would participate in such a sexualized video like this one.'

'Miley built her fame and fortune entirely on the backs of young girls,' Winter continued 'It saddens us that she seems so eager to distance herself from that fanbase so rapidly.'

While Miley may like to party, she also shows her charitable side, she has recently gotten involved with the organization City of Hope, to raise awareness for Breast Cancer.
