Is plies a racist?

There is a huge situation brewing in south florida between rapper Plies and a local "white" rapper by the name of 4 Pound aka K-Deezy. Now my inside informer tells me that local rapper 4 Pound attacked Plies with a song called (Im Hotter Than You) a response to Plies song (Who Hotter Than Me).
