Jaime Foxx naked (and it's real)

<p>&nbsp;</p><p>Yesterday MediaTakeOut.com posted photos of &ldquo;someone&rdquo; that appeared to be Jaime Foxx, and later had to remove the image because it was in fact Jaime Foxx. The Oscar-winner&rsquo;s legal team sent the site a messaging stating his ownership of the photo:</p><p>August 15, 2009. Remember that piece of Friday Eyecandy that we put up yesterday of a man posing in a bathroom butt azz nekkid? Well unbeknownst to us &ndash; the man in the pic was actually actor Jamie Foxx!!</p><p>How do we know this?? Cause his lawyers sent us a nasty email claiming that the photo was his property &ndash; and that it was taken in connection with a movie role.</p><p>You may remember back in 2005, there were rumors of Jaime Foxx&rsquo;s nude photos&ndash;and a legal battle he had with someone who obtained them from his home. Foxx admitted to GQ that the photos were stolen and said &ldquo;There&rsquo;s no farm animals involved, there is no men involved. And to be honest with you, they&rsquo;re nice.&rdquo;&nbsp; Cinemablend reports:</p>
