It’s AMBER ROSE for the win.
When I first saw this picture of Amber and her boo KANYE WEST poolside in Miami yesterday, I couldn’t help but laugh. That girl stays winning. ‘Winning what?’ you ask? Kanye.
Say what you will about Amber but one things for sure, in the game of dating, she knows how to play it. And we’re going to tell you why. Now, keep in mind, every couple is different. And most of us aren’t dating a very eccentric high-profile, musical master-mind. But there’s some things that – in perhaps much more subtle ways – all women could stand to learn (or at least be reminded) from Amber Rose.
5. She’s not afraid to be different – Be honest, what’s the first thing you thought when you first saw the blonde, bald head? It’s jarring. It’s unexpected. And it works. Why? Cause she owns it. There’s only one thing worst than someone who’s afraid to go against the grain – and that’s someone who goes against the grain filled with nothing but fear. Confidence is everything, it’s the difference between failing at a trend, and setting a trend.
4. So far she sticks to what she does best - Not everybody can do everything. Amber is a model. She looks beautiful, shes got a great sense of style and she appears at home in the spotlight. I could see her hosting a show on fashion and style. I could even see her playing a vixen in an urban romantic comedy…I could not, however, see her debating policy on Capital Hill. Figure out what your strength and weaknesses are, then learn, grow and strive within them. Of course try things out of your box – but be realistic. Cause knowing who you are is absolutely fly!
3. She’s seen and not heard – So what if she’s arm candy? She’s beautiful. Does that mean she’s not intelligent? Not in the least. What is does mean is that Amber knows how to play different roles. There’s nothing worse than watching (or doing) a red carpet interview, and the virtually unknown girlfriend of the celeb is doing all the talking – as if we care about what she has to say. Now most women won’t find themselves in red carpet situations but the next time it’s your mans time to shine remember this: True strength doesn’t need to be proven…And let him shine.
2. She’s a walking erogenous zone – Have you ever seen an interview with this girl? The licking of the lips? The vapid stare? Everything about her screams sex…Now, most of us ladies won’t – and shouldn’t – walk around in a string bikini. But ask yourself, how sexy are you? If you were your man right now, would you want to ravage yourself? Ok, ok, most of you are at work, where there really shouldn’t be any ravaging going on (unless you’re Allie Incredible), but how about when you’re at home? Men are visceral creatures. Keep it sexy and you’ll notice the difference.
1. She’s ‘Team Ye’ all the way – If Kanye asked her to walk nude down the White House lawn carrying a torch, I believe she just might do it. Now I’m not saying that all women should do everything their man tells them – cause I wouldn’t do eveything a man tells me. But there’s something to be admired about a woman who is down to ride for her man. Even if every now and then, he asks something crazy.
