Recently it seems like some of the biggest rappers in the game are either going in or coming out of jail. At one point earlier this year, four of the hottest rappers out of the South - Lil' Boosie, T.I., Lil' Wayne, and Gucci Mane - were all behind bars. Jail has always had an unpredictable affect on a rappers career - either time locked up inspires them to come harder than ever before (e.g. 2Pac's All Eyez On Me), or they totally lose what made them hot.
