**NEW MUSIC** Goapele f/Pantsula- Victory

Feeling even more so connected to Africa these days, Goapele is working on a new project which will be recorded in English as well as official South African languages Sitswana and Xhosa entitled Victory.  For the title track from this upcoming album, Goapele has teamed up with South African rap sensation Hip Hop Pantsula. Victory will be a cultural exchange of Goapele's distinct vocal sounds with native artists from around the Diaspora.  Goapele says she was compelled to do this album as a result of the 2010 FIFA World Cup being held in South Africa and the recent reception and success of African artists in the mainstream (K'Naan, Nneka, Akon, etc.).
