Justin Bieber is the man! Here he is behind the scenes for his latest new video shoot for 'U Smile'. Justin has been extremely busy as of late especially since his VMA win for Best New Artist.

As you can see in the photos, Mr. Bieber is chilling with a lady friend and can be seen sneaking into a movie theater in the middle of the day. In other related Bieber news, Justin seems to have gotten himself in a little trouble with the water balloon fiasco. If you have not heard about that well you have now. It seems a few days ago Justin threw a water balloon at a state trooper, while no charges have been filed a state police spokesman described Bieber's behavior Sunday as 'inappropriate'.
