
A few weeks ago Nas announced that he planned to release the sequel to his b-side collection Lost Tapes on December 14, as a precursor to his next studio album. Apparenly the execs at Def Jam weren't in on his plans, as an email Nas sent to LA Reid and co. has just leaked. Apparenly Def Jam are holding the release of Lost Tapes 2 and refuse to give Nas a sufficient budget. Nas is no stranger to label drama, as he has had problems with his old record label Sony/Columbia, who still own the masters to his pre-Def Jam albums.
