NEW MUSIC: Lupe Fiasco 'The Show Goes On'

After all of the hoopla, protests, petitions and rants Lupe Fiasco is finally back with a single and a release date for his perenially delayed third album Lasers. The track, entitled 'The Show Goes On,' was produced by Kane Beatz (who we included on our new producers you need to know list), and features a sample of Modest Mouse's 2004 hit single 'Float On.' Lyrically the song seems to be taking jabs at his record company and the situation, but takes the self-empowerment angle instead of being bitter. Lasers is due for release March 8, 2011.
