Some song spoilers the blogs are leaking about tonight's penultimate Idol performance show. The three contestants will sing a song of the judges' choice (with four judges, which judge doesn't get a pick?) and one song that they choose.
We hear Adam's to do either One or Wicked Game. I'm sick of U2 and One's been done by others, most memorably by stage hog Mary J. Blige who steamrolled all over Elliott Yamin a few years ago. I'd like to hear Adam's pliable voice tackle the smoldering Chris Isaak ballad instead. It appears, tho, it'll be One and then he picks Aerosmith's Cryin'. Doing a bombastic Aero song isn't going to convert Adam haters. Even I can't stand the song much as I champion Adam.
