Kelly Rowland Makes Plans To Adopt

<p><strong>Kelly Rowland,</strong> of <strong>Destiny's Child</strong> fame, says she is about to take the plunge into motherhood by adopting a child.</p> <p>Much like many of Hollywood's biggest names, <strong>Rowland</strong>&nbsp;is reportedly&nbsp;ready to adopt a child, but wants him or her to be older and born in the U.S.</p> <p>''I've always known I would adopt in a heartbeat but I don't want a baby - I want to get a child that's five, six, or even 10,'<strong> Rowland</strong> reportedly told an unknown source.&nbsp;'I was doing Home for Holidays, which is a charitable holiday program for kids in the States, and some of the statistics means that older children don't get adopted as much. I'd love to make a child feel that they're worth it - because every child is worth it.'</p> <p>Although she has no plans to rival the number of children sometimes seen on reality shows, <strong>Rowland </strong>does says she would like a large family.</p> <p>'I don't want that many children - but I want a family of five, including adopted children.
