<p>A Queens teen has confessed to being the senseless shooter whose stray bullet killed an innocent 13-year-old boy as he walked into a burger joint, police said Sunday night.</p><p>Nnonso Ekwegbalu, 16, admitted firing the shot that killed bystander Kevin Miller after being grilled by investigators at the 105th Precinct stationhouse yesterday, a police source said.</p><p>"We do have an arrest of the shooter, and he's made statements" to investigators, Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said.</p><p>Ekwegbalu, a student at Humanities and the Arts Magnet High School in Cambria Heights, pulled out a revolver and fired two wild shots during a fight in a school parking lot on Friday, Kelly said.</p><p>TO READ MORE, CLICK ON ORIGINAL STORY</p>
