Celebrity website TMZ has put up two photographs on Tuesday showing Maria Shriver talking on her phone behind the car wheels. Presumably one photograph was taken in July and the other was recently snapped last Sunday. Husband vows to take swift action regarding this report.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
