NY Governor Is Gangsta

Governor Eliot Spitzer allegedly sent a text or email to a prostitute he was trying to meet at a hotel. Ooops. In the two-minute press conference--in which he DID NOT resign--Spitzer apologized to his family and the public and said it was a 'private' matter. Since when are the actions of a public servant considered 'private'?
