Did Sarah Palin Cheat?

After getting paid $100k to speak at the Tea Party convention, former Gov. Sarah Palin seemed to forget what she wanted to talk about it.  The odd thing is, she gave a speech, where she mocked President Obama for his use of teleprompters, but then needed a cheat sheet, written on her hand to answer some softball questions.  Governor, didn't they give you the questions before hand?  You couldn't remember the top three priorities?  Or maybe it was because Putin was rearing his head from Russia that threw you off a little bit.  Get your game together Gov, if you think about spending anyone's money on a 2012 presidential run.
