Its been an year a bill was under discussion and this bill was health care bill in which Obama the president of United States Of America announced that this bill is about health care of the nation and the charges of all medication and treatment would be free and raised by the government in which Bart Stupak announced on Sunday that he doesn&rsquo;t want to vote for the bill because he is in opposition to pay tax for abortions.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
