Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin denied Saturday that she had abused her power as Alaska's governor, a conclusion reached by a state investigator in a report released the day before.

    Even though the investigator found enough evidence to confirm that she abused her power as the Govenor, she didn't actually break any laws. In Alaska, it isn't against the law to abuse your authority as an officer of the state. Really.

    However, abuse of power isn't acceptable and it certainly isn't something that I want from our leaders.

    Hmmm... not much different than what's happening on Wall Street. While none of these animals in charge of the banks and brokers actually broke the law, why do I feel so violated?

    Pass the word... this is what we can expect from a McCain / Palin regime: more of the raping and pillaging of our economy and our very souls.
