Shocking VIDEO Of Sergio Adrian Hernandez Huereca Being Shot In The Head By US Border Patrol Agent

Has the immigration debate taken its first life? A U.S. Border Patrol agent shot and killed 14-year-old, Sergio Adrian Hernandez Huereca, after a confrontation at a bridge near downtown El Paso. 

We are not sure of which side of the bord Sergio was, but it has been reported that there were some people protesting and throwing rocks along the border in Mexico and things got heated and gun shots rang out. Authorities don't know if Huereca was one of the rock throwers.

Peep what T.J. Bonner, president of the union representing Border Patrol agents, said about the incident;

'It is a deadly force encounter....One that justifies the use of deadly force.'

Is deadly force necessary when it comes to 14 year olds?
