#Blankstare Nigaila Gibbs, Spreads HIV To 100 Dudes (VIDEO)

Nigaila Gibbs might be the worst woman in history, the HIV infected prostitute from St. Louis County may have unknowingly infected hundreds of local men. This is a horrible story, police are alerting local men that if she looks familiar and if you had any sexual encounter with Gibbs, priority number one is to see a doctor as soon as possible.

Not only was she spreading the HIV virus to her clients but police think she knowingly did so, her neighbor, Ramon Colon, said he noticed nothing suspicious going on at her apartment, but finds what she is charged with disturbing.

Gibbs is charged with one count right now, but could face more if other victims come forward. She is being held on a $50,000 bond.
