The Jersey Shore Bonds With McCain Against Obama

Snooki is pissed.  The most loved/hated character Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi on the popular reality TV show The Jersey Shore tweeted 'McCain would never put a 10 percent tax on tanning, because he's pale and he would probable want to be tan.'

Former Presidential candidate John McCain replied via Twitter, 'U r right, I would never tax your tanning bed! Pres Obama's tax/spend policy is quite The Situation. but I do rec wearing sunscreen!'

During an MTV clip she professes that Obama is targeting 'The Jersey Shore' unfairly by implementing such a tax.  Before we dismiss her for argument for personal reasons, let's discuss the facts of the tanning bill.  

Snooki is right.  From July 1st, a 10% tax on indoor tanning has been implemented, and over the next ten years the tax will generate $2.7 million to foot the bill for American's health insurance according to Obama's Affordable Care Act.  Indoor tanning is the most basal requirement for setting foot on the Jersey shore, but Obama is concerned for our skin and the possibilities of melanoma.
