UPDATE: Body Found Of Missing Rutgers Student, Tyler Clementi

The New York City medical examiner has positively identified the body that was recovered in the Hudson River on Wednesday as Tyler Clementi, the Rutgers University student who is believed to have committed suicide last week after his sexual encounter was streamed live on the Internet.

The 18-year-old Clementi's death was ruled a suicide, with the cause determined to be drowning with blunt impact injuries to the torso, said Grace Burgess, a spokeswoman for the New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner. The injuries were consistent with a fall from a height, she said.
