OMG! 10 Year Old Gives Birth!

A 10 year old girl in southern Spain gave birth to a baby last week. It is still being decided whether or not to let the girl and her family keep custody of the child.

The baby was born in the city of Jerez de la Frontera. The father of the baby is also a minor.

Both the mother and the baby are in good health.

The laws in Spain state that sex with anyone under the age of 13 is child abuse but officials say that no criminal investigation is underway because they don't consider it a rape case because the father of the baby is also a minor.
