OH DAMN! Woman Tosses BABY Off Balcony

Xiao Cai, a  phsychologically undstable woman on medication with a history of serious depression has tossed Jerry Zhou, a small child shy of 4 weeks old, off the balcony from seven floors above ground on 35th street in Flushing, Queens at around 8:30PM.  

The mother of the child Xuyuan Zhou sprinted down the stairs alerted by the horrifying screams to find her son dead on the cement ground.  Zhou was only left with the option to wail next to her dead son on the sidewalk.  

The almost-infant Jerry Zhou was taken to the New York Hospital Queens and pronounced dead.  Relatives of Cai expressed concern by saying, “She’s a crazy person, we don’t know why she did this.”
