Chicago rapper Terrance "Bump J" Boykin has reportedly been sentenced to ten years behind bars for his role in a 2007 bank robbery in Illinois.
He received the sentence Tuesday (September 29) afternoon.
The rapper accepted a plea bargain to avoid serving life behind bars and confessed to the robbery last month.
He was previously arrested last November and charged with the robbery.
The rapper made a name for himself through collaborations alongside other established Chicago artists.
