Whoopi Goldberg, Woody Allen, David Lynch, Alexander Payne, Michael Mann, Tilda Swinton and Harvey Weinstein were just a few of the big Hollywood names defending Roman Polanski after he was taken into custody last month. To recap, Polanski drugged and anally raped a 13-year-old girl in 1977. That’s illegal, as it turns out, so he fled to France where he has lived a life of opulence and luxury ever since.

So is Hollywood filled with drug addicted perverts who condone this sort of thing? Well yes, but Jamie Foxx isn’t one of them.

“If it had been my daughter who was barely a teenager — my daughter is 15 — Roman Polanski would be missing … period. It wouldn’t even get to the court case. But, that’s me and I wouldn’t want anyone else to follow that because you should let the justice system work it out.”

Did we forget that the girl never fought Polanski off or the fact that her parents left her all alone at Jack Nicholson's home with Roman Polanski and seemed to have no problem doing that.
It's over and the girl now a woman wants nothing to do with it.

It was already bad that he rapped the girl and has been free all this time, but its victimizing the victim. Remember the Victim the one he did this too, she doesnt want this to come back up in court, SHE moved on. So he should rot in jail for fleeing from his sentence and leave HER out of it.

I am glad he said something. I was appalled by some of the actors who have decided to support this sick pedophile. I read up on him today on Wikipedia to see if maybe I was missing something and just learned that this guy has major issues stemming from sexual deviance. He dated a 15 year old from one of his previous films.

I am glad he spoke against that fool because those other people sound dumb. How can you look at this situation, which is not alleged but fact, and think this scum deserves to get off. That's sick. I really wonder what Polanski's done that's got those actors brain washed.

We need more fathers like this. All the child molesters get locked up for a couple years then they are back on the street. Also over 90% of sex offenders are repeat offenders. I am guessing that the other 10% are guys who were with a girl that either lied about their age or they are stagetory rape cases. Either way I feel just like Jamie does. I would put a bullet right in those f*ckers forehead. They do not deserve a second chance. What they did will ruin that young womens or mans life. That will stay with them forever. Thanks for speaking like a father and a human not a politically correct movie star!!!

- I really dig this they give crack addicts and dealers more time then these offenders and like you say they're often repeat offenders they get placed in our hoods what kind of person does that to a little girl thats a monster and monsters don't live amongst humans
