In actual fact it's rainman who is talking in this sentence through Jay Z because why would Jay Z call himself??? When she is singing in this song, she'll be actually talking about her relationship with rainman but people think she is singing about her lover or something. rainman is also talking to her saying "When the sun shines, we’ll shine together Told you I'll be here forever Said I'll always be a friend" he also says "You can run into my arms It's okay don't be alarmed" so basically she sold her soul for fame and fortune and the devil promised her all these things and she believed his lies when he was lying to her. He was just using her to spread the word of evil and you can see by the way she dresses and acts nowadays. She dresses like a prostitute and when shes singing she just touches herself *eeww* In disturbia she talks about how she is possessed with rainman and she is struggling and she wants to get out of the curse. She even warns viewers by saying "Better think twice, your train of thought will be altered So if you must falter be wise" because she made a wrong decision and she didn't think things through first before she sold her soul so her life is not same anymore and she is controlled by the demons that possess her and she doesn't have control over her decisions but "they" do. Be careful with the kind of music you listen to because almost every musician is involved with this kind of thing and the devil uses them because he know that music has the biggest influence over people.
