Word has it that The Game is looking to make a slight alteration to his name.
The MC, born Jayceon Terrell Taylor, has removed the “the” from his rap moniker in favor of simply, “Game,” according to Web site dubcnn.com. No reason was given for the change.
The switch up will reportedly make its debut on Game’s next CD, “The R.E.D. Album,” featuring Timbaland, Pharrell, Chris Brown, Akon, Diddy, Young Jeezy, Rick Ross and Beanie Sigel.
