Lil Wayne has been slapped with yet another lawsuit. Thomas Marascuillo aka “Tommy Mara” filed a lawsuit Friday (Oct. 30) in a Manhattan Federal Court alleging Lil Wayne and Birdman used his recorded “Italian-styled” spoken words for Cash Money Records in 2006 without his permission or compensation.
