The stars came out (despite the rain) to celebrate Halloween in N.Y.C. this weekend, although you may not have recognized them.

"Gossip Girl" duo Blake Lively and Penn Badgley celebrated the holiday at a Svedka Vodka Adult Playground party - and Penn's 23rd birthday - at Meatpacking hot spot 1Oak. Lively was dressed as a flight attendant (and a brunette one, at that) while her birthday beau was a 1970s basketball player.

Meanwhile, up in Chelsea, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon feted the holiday at M2 Ultra Lounge, wearing matching angel costumes. Samantha Ronson deejayed at Slate in Flatiron - dressed as, er, a deejay, while what seems like the entirety of Brooklyn - including Mike Myers and the Karen O. of "Where The Wild Things Are" fame - lined up outside a warehouse on N. 10th St. for Vice magazine's 15th anniversary and 1994-theme bash.

Michael Kors was hardly recognizable as he channeled his inner hippie at Bette Midler's "Hulaween" fete Friday night. "I would like to think I would have been a hippie," he admitted at the bash, "but I was way too young."
