FATHERS & FAMILIES COALITION OF AMERICA ANNOUNCES 11TH ANNUAL NATIONAL FATHERHOOD AND FAMILIES CONFERENCE IN LOS ANGELES, CA

Los Angeles, CA (BlackNews.com) - A respected national conference on father and family issues is coming to Los Angeles and Southern California for the first time. Parents, families, social service professionals, community representatives and leaders from all over the country are expected to attend the 11th Annual National Fatherhood and Families Conference at the Westin LAX Hotel in Los Angeles on February, 23-26, 2010.

The National Fatherhood and Families Conference is staged by the non-profit, Fathers and Families Coalition of America, Inc. (FFC). The conference will feature workshops and speakers with helpful information on how improve communities by strengthening and improving programs serving fathers and families. Registration for the conference is $375 with reduced registration $265 if received by November 15. Invited speakers for the 11th Annual National Fatherhood and Families Conference include well-known individuals in social service and government. They include Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, Carmen Nazario, Assistant Secretary of the Administration for Children and Families, Steven Golightly, Director of the L.A. County Child Support Services Department, Judge Mablean Ephriam from Houston, Texas and Jerry Tello from the National Compadres Network.
