President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden were set to meet Tuesday afternoon with several of the European Union's top leaders as part of an E.U.-U.S. summit this week, according to guidance distributed to reporters. Joining Obama and Biden in the meeting and pool spray will be European Commission President José Manuel Barroso, European Council HIgh Representative Javier Solana and Swedish Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt. Obama met with Reinfeldt one-on-one in the Oval Office yesterday.
