Less than a day after announcing being fired from his Philadelphia morning radio show, Charlamagne Tha God has detailed his departure from 100.3 The Beat.
While not ruling it out, Charlamagne said his revealing Beanie Sigel interview from last Friday (October 30) may have played a part in his firing.
Beans' interview with Charlamagne discussed his Jay-Z-directed song "Average Cat."
Charlamagne made the announcement via his Twitter page Monday (November 2) morning.
Radio One executive Elroy Smith previously confirmed the decision to bring in Charlamagne to the Philly airwaves last April.
