According to TMZ.com Nasir Jones, aka Nas, has filed legal papers asking that Kelis, 30, be blocked from receiving any spousal support.

The papers, which were filed by his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan, also state that the 36-year-old rapper is asking for joint custody of their 3-month-old son, Knight. TMZ.com states that Kelis is asking for $72,728 a month.

Previously it was reported that a judge ordered Nas to pay $30,471 per month in spousal support and $9,027 in child support. No word on the amount of child support that Nas is actually providing.
