Tyra Banks may have lost 30 pounds from her behind, but that doesn't mean she's leaving her curves behind.
According to People, the 35-year-old supermodel and talk show host will discuss the diet and workout plan that has helped her regain her svelte figure and kick a stomach problem that has plagued her for years.
"I would get major attacks," Banks says of her stomachaches in the "Tyra" episode that airs Wednesday. "I would be in bed for days, it was so painful."
Once she began working with nutritionist Heather Bauer and keeping a written record of her diet, however, Banks' health issues stopped. "I switched up my unhealthy eating habits for healthier eating habits, and I haven't had a tummy attack since December '08," she tells her audience.
