It’s a shocking side of Lindsay Lohan we’ve never heard or seen before —three minutes of a recorded audio tape revealing her heart-wrenching and desperate plea for help.

The tape, obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, is the first of several which were recorded from phone calls Lindsay and her mom Dina made to Lindsay’s dad Michael Lohan.

The tape reveals a tortured and inconsolable Lindsay. At times she wails and sobs uncontrollably--- at others, she whimpers like a child as she complains about problems with her family and ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

As the H!N1 epidemic is pretty much a wake up call for everyone to take care of ourselves in keeping healthy. Worrying about 'no one caring about you' should be the least thing to worry about. The important thing is to focus on being healthy in order to live free from illness that could lead to misfortune. One focus we all have in common is that we want to live as many years since we don't live forever. As H1N1 is caused by germs, continue to practice safe sex-if you're gonna do it, protect yourself.

jus made it to a new city to restart my life. can't get into a shelter don't know how this will turn out but since my welfare will start out here next week guess i'll jus sleep outside across from the capitol and see what happens for me tomorrow. since i don't know nobody but God i will make it
