Ladies, this series “Get It Right; Keep It Tight” is just for you. As we grow older and become women our bodies begin to change. With the strain childbirth puts on the elasticity on areas such as our breasts, stomachs, and vagina, we have the option of either letting these things fall apart or taking the necessary steps to “Get Them Right and Keep Them Tight”!!!

First up is the part of our body that we pay the most attention to- our va-jay-jay!!! The vagina is one of the hardest working parts of our bodies. Some va-jay-jays put in MUCH more work than others but hey we aren’t here to judge!!! People debate all the time over if your vagina actually loses elasticity but my thought process is that the poohnanny is a muscle just like other muscles in our body and, with improper focus and care, it can probably begin to loosen up and fall apart too!!! The “Power of the P*SSY” will continue to be debated for infinity but don’t you think your “juice box” will have much more power if she isn’t gone with the wind?!?!
