Affion Crockett has been a talent the world has only caught a glimpse of. While his days of "Wild N Out" with Nick Cannon have been on hiatus, he has only begun his takeover of the comedy world.

Affion grew up as an Army brat on bases around the world, ranging from North Carolina to Germany. While he was living around the world, he had grown up and admired such comics as Chris Tucker, Martin Lawrence, and Jim Carey -- the "animated dudes" as he described.

Fast forward to his relentless TV appearances on shows such as "CSI: New York," "The District," numerous commercials, and the coveted sketch comedy institution, "Curb Your Enthusiasm." This star has shining for quite a while, it was only a matter of time, before another talent took notice.

Nick Cannon always kept an eye on Affion since his stand-up days on Def Comedy Jam. He then got him to audition for his now epic sketch comedy show, "Wild N Out," helping the young comedian's star shine brighter than ever before.

The all-star lineup and prime-time placement catapulted Affion into millions of TVs around the world and has kept his name bouncing around the entertainment industry since. Since then, he's been building his acting resume. His most recent appearance came in this year's comedy, "Dance Flick," alongside Damon Wayans Jr.
