Spike Lee is set to redo his 1988 classic “School Daze” and is looking to make Kanye West the star. Since ‘Ye has done the whole college thing The College DropOut, Late Registration, and Graduation seems like Mr. West would be the perfect fit. Problem is nobody is willing to fund the flick. Tyler Perry is too busy taking over and Oprah is busy opening schools in Africa. Can’t BET help?! Word is the film is to be shot at the same college but with different issues. And thanks to Alicia Keys’ “Teenage Love Affair” video, she’s also being tapped to star in the remake. There's also word Kanye is getting his own Muppet show on MTV.
