Oh, no... I think I can help clear this one up. THAT IS NOT BARACK. This guy was a VERY prominent regular on Soul Train back in the 80's. I believe his name is Lou. He was always in front of the camera and always had the Michael Jackson kick and skip step, as he is doing here. He used to annoy the crap out of me... guess there's a reason for everything! ;o)
