Can you say "Global Expansion"?? The NBA has formed a joint venture with Anschutz Entertainment Group to design and develop multipurpose, NBA-style arenas in major Chinese cities.

Finally, America is expanding and building something there for a change. What I don't understand is..why is it a 20 yr project? It didn't take 20 yrs for China to prepare for the Olympics. Why not just take one of those bldgs.
