It's all over the wires today that Colin Powell has endorsed Barack Obama. My inital reaction to said news is: so what. Who cares. Colin Powell lost all his credibility when he allowed Jr.'s Administration to trade o his good name and fo lie to the UN about the non-existent weapons of mass destruction that Saddam didn't have.

  • Perhaps then, his endorsement for Obama is in part payback for how he was used and tossed by the Republican party. So what about that?
  • lol.

U honestly Powell, a 5 star (?) general took information that someone GAVE him to the UN without knowing whether it was true or not?

    Really?

Now you not only insult my intelligence but his as well.

And they had begin shutting him out PRIOR to the UN debacle. He allowed himself to be used, his credibility destroyed and resoundly punked...for what? Duty? Country?

And now Johnny come lately decide to endorse 2 weeks out from the election.

    Please.
  • Do you know anything about Powell? After the UN incident, Powell quickly recanted and distanced himself from the administration. When they realized that they could not puppeteer Powell, like Rice and Clarence, he was ousted. If Powell was a house n*gga, as you suggest, he would still have his position. Further more, if you ever watched any of his interviews post his presentation to the UN, he explained his view without apology or excuse. He was told there were weapons by the CIA, he believed him. Once, he realized he was being lied to, he was out. Get your facts straight. You don't have support either men but know what you're talking about.
You look like the house n*gga, legs open for massa, while you sell out your brothers and fathers for what...a 5 minute reprieve from being a slave
