I gotta agree with BriaBria.

If they gave him $50k bail there was probably a history of this type of behavior.

He's too old for this fuckery. The victim (his wife?) is probably the same woman that's going to have to help him with his medicine, feeding himself, changing his Depends, and providing a little nookie when the Viagra kicks in.
