October 23, 2008. Everyone in the world is scrambling for pics and info on Lil Wayne new baby mother - and ONLY MediaTakeOut.com - the most visited Black website in the world got 'em. Below is MediaTakeOut.coms exclusive pics of the woman named Sarah who reportedly gave birth to Lil Wayne's son in Cincinatti, Ohio yesterday. We've got a lot of info on this chick ... but given that she's recovering from giving birth, we're going to let her have some peace. We can tell you, however, that despite reports elsewhere - she ain't no college girl and ain't no nail technician either. For now we'll just leave it at that. - Okay, you're right about that, because it just hit me!! This was never his girl, probably just some random chick he met out there, so he going up in random chicks raw!?!?!?! EEEEEEWWWWWWWWW!!!!
