A nightstick?!?!? That's not intimidation... Dogs, water hoses and police, that's intimidation.

What the hell was that complaining *itch-boy doing there anyway? The polling place appears to be in the hood. Who the hell felt intimidated? Not any one from the neighborhood And then it turns out the brother (Panther) LIVES in the building above the polling hall AND he's a registered poll watcher.

Sounds to me like *itch-boy was trying to start some shlit.
