  • As a Hillary supporter I can say that I am not threatened by Obama's speaking abilities in any way and am dismayed that some people are. My concerns the real issues and the ability to address those. Being a great speaker alone does not equate to being a good leader. Substantive solutions to issues and political qualifications do. Unfortunately and IMO sadly, Sen. Obama has not delivered on either. Originally a disappointed Richardson supporter, I began to think Obama would be a good choice as PotUS. But his lack of specificity when offering solutions and his inability or unwillingness to give clear, concise answers (specifically on economic issues) has eroded my hope that he can lead us out of this mess. I HATE that ignorant people foment suspicion and continue to promulgate insidious lies; and that goes for unfounded suspicion and lies about both Obama and Clinton. It does none of us any good whatsoever.
  • Obama is getting criticized for being a great speaker? I see a leader in Obama. His speaking abilities help to unite and motivate people. I guess I could see why Hillary supporters would be threatened by that.
  • He's an asshole, he claims that college kids don't know about Obama's policies, but then when he asks them about Clinton's policies they don't know hers either. So the argument is moot.
