Most people have hectic lifestyles so they may only eat large meals once or twice a day because their starving or maybe just once a day because they're not hungry.
Many wonder why they don't lose weight cause, "they've only eaten a couple of times today." Here's an example: Say you skip breakfast and super size your lunch. Your body doesn't know when your next meal will be so instead of burning the calories, your body thinks it will store it and use it for later... which it never does, so it turns to FAT.
If you can eat something every 2 1/2 to 3 hours, your body will realize it's getting nutrients on a regular schedule and constantly burn what you put in. This will lead to "jump starting" your metabolism and will cause you to lose weight. Also, you need to control your portion size.
