    My family landed in N.O. just the other day and took a tour of the Nineth Ward. Based on his assessment, I cannot go to the Essence Jazz festival or anything else I would like to attend there until they rebuild and make it right for everyone. Think about it people. The prices in N.O. are still very high for tourist but none of that money is being used to ensure the city is safe or all the city is being rebuilt. They care not about all the displaced people disenfranchised by their insurance companies and left on their own with no help. We should all BOYCOTT anything in N.O. until they completely rebuild. That would be our way of helping those there who have been forgotten and cannot help themselves. Let's all stasnd together on this and stay away from N.O. until they make it right.

    Wow the arragance and ignorance of the well to do. Not only do the believe they can stop nature with some man made structures, but they actually believe their own press. Only a select few truly care and government will never care beyond political positioning.

    Is anyone really suprised...of course thats what they are doing because the people in power or should I say the people with money are just standing by letting them do it...Oh every now and again someone will go for a photo opp complain and about this and that going on there then go to Africa and build a school....If I had it that way I would try to fix my own backyard before I go off and fix someone elses
