Chicago Sun-Times music critic Jim DeRogatis ordered to take the stand. He is the first person to receive the tape, which came to him anonymously. He will appeal the ruling.

WTF?!?!? Who cares HOW or WHEN he got the tape?

The fact is R. Kelly has/had sex with a minor - a crime punishable with significnt jail time. The tape is EVIDENCE of said malfeasance. I can't believe there's a loop hole for that fecal lump to squeeze through.
