Not only will the winner receive 250-thousand dollars, the winning clip will be shown on Beyonce’s “I Am…” World Tour this year. The announcement notes that entrants must be at least 18 years old, and live in the U.S., the UK or one of 16 other countries or territories. Entries must be submitted by March 6Th.
